The Nepalese Association of Colorado Springs (NACS) proudly invites our community to celebrate Haritalika Teej 2026—an evening dedicated to Nepali tradition, culture, togetherness, music, dance, and community connection.

Haritalika Teej holds a special place in Nepali culture and is especially celebrated by women through traditional attire, music, dancing, gathering with family and friends, and sharing festive food. NACS is bringing that spirit to Colorado Springs for a colorful and memorable community celebration.

Join us on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at the Westside Community Center for an evening filled with festive energy and the warmth of our Nepali community.

Event Schedule

Guest Arrival: 5:30 PM
Program: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Guests are encouraged to arrive by 5:30 PM so everyone has time to check in, meet friends and family, and get settled before the program begins.

Space is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchasing your ticket in advance is strongly encouraged to secure your place and to help the organizing committee plan appropriately for food, seating, and other event arrangements.

Celebrate Teej Together

Come dressed in your favorite traditional attire and enjoy an evening that brings the colors, traditions, and joyful spirit of Teej to Colorado Springs.

The celebration will be a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with friends, meet other members of the community, enjoy traditional Teej festivities, share Dar together, and celebrate our culture away from home.

Whether Teej has always been part of your family tradition or you simply want to experience and support Nepali culture, everyone is welcome to join the celebration.
