Fostering Language, Culture, and Community Among the Young Generation
The Nepalese Association of Colorado Springs (NACS) invites you to the second Nepali Kids Class of the year, happening this July. This interactive and engaging program is specially designed for children aged 5-15 to help them connect with their Nepali roots through language, music, and culture. Letβs continue nurturing our heritage by educating and inspiring the younger generation.
What to Expect
- Language Learning
- Build on the foundation of Nepali alphabets and simple phrases learned in earlier classes.
- Practice reading and writing basic sentences in Nepali.
- Fun group activities like storytelling and role-playing to make learning interactive.
- Cultural Exploration
- Learn about Nepali festivals, customs, and traditions through visual aids and discussions.
- Introduction to folk tales and stories that highlight Nepali values and history.
- Music and Creativity
- Sing traditional Nepali songs, including rhymes and folk tunes.
- Explore creative expression through drawing and crafts inspired by Nepali culture.

- Fun quizzes and games designed to test knowledge of Nepali language and culture.
