Colorado Springs, CO – August 10, 2024 – The Nepalese Association of Colorado Springs (NACS) successfully hosted its first Nepali Language and Culture Class for children aged 5-15. Held at Heart of Worship Ministries, the event marked a significant step toward nurturing cultural identity and language skills among the younger generation of the Nepali community in Colorado Springs.

The class, which ran from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, focused on introducing children to Nepali alphabets, music, and a fun Nepal-themed quiz. Participants also enjoyed delicious food and refreshments, making it a well-rounded and engaging experience.

The highlight of the event was the expertise of Amit Bhandari, who served as the class teacher. His dedication and knowledge captivated the children and provided them with a strong foundation in the Nepali language and culture.
